DescriptionBeachtree Villas offers spacious and fully equipped non-smoking 2 and 3-Bedroom Villas which can accommodate up to 8 people, helping to make your vacation both pleasurable and affordable. Enjoy the amenities of a resort with all of the comforts of home, located right in the heart of the magic of Orlando.
After a high-energy day at the attractions, you will find it a great delight to come home and unwind in the restful comfort of your very own villa. Bright and beautifully decorated, there is plenty of room for your entire family to stretch out and relax. Beachtree Villas is only 4 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, just off of U.S. Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway). Conveniently located near all major attractions, restaurants, shopping and a host of entertainment venues in the Central Florida area. Our villas offer up to 1,250 square feet for your family to enjoy. Each villa has a Fully Equipped Kitchen with full-size Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Dishware, Drinkware, Flatware, Cookware and Utensils, as well as a full-sized Washer & Dryer, two full-sized Bathrooms, Dining area and Living Room with two Sofas (including a Queen-size Sleeper Sofa), Cable Television and Video Player. Beachtree Villas also provides Free Parking and Free Local Telephone Calls, as well many on-site amenities including a Community Clubhouse, Heated Outdoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sun Deck, Fitness Room, Sauna, Lighted Tennis Court, BBQ area, Game Room, Billiards, VHS / DVD Rentals and Snack Bar. There is also a Wi-Fi hotspot available in the community clubhouse for no charge provided that laptops are equipped with the required devices. Check-In Time: 4:00pm Check-Out Time: 10:00am Upon registration, all guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID (i.e., driver’s license, or passport) and a valid credit card for authorization, or a $300.00 security deposit in cash or by debit card per unit to cover any incidental charges, violation of the rental term agreements, as well as damages and/or losses that may occur in the villa during the guest’s stay. There is a USD 100.00 fee if a reservation is cancelled between 8 and 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. |

How many floors constitute your property?
Each building has two stories. As a result, guests can request to have either and upstairs or downstairs unit.
What is the minimum age required for check-in at the resort?
The minimum age for check-in is 21. There must be at least one registered guest who is at least 21 occupying the unit the entire duration of the stay.
Do you provide shuttles to the theme parks and/or shopping malls?
No.
Do you have a restaurant, lounge or gift shop on-site?

How many adjoining rooms are available at Beachtree Villas?
Adjoining units are not available but adjacent units are available.
How many buildings comprise your units?
Beachtree Villas’ units are located in four different communities (sub-divisions) that are located with 1.5 miles
Do you have any resort fees?
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee of $45 plus %13 tax (totaling $50.85)
What is the charge for cribs and rollaways?
Cribs can be rented for $25.00 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Rental Fee is based per crib and is applicable for the duration of the guest’s stay. Highchairs can be rented for $25.00 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Rental Fee is based per highchair and is applicable for the duration of the guest’s stay. Cribs and Highchairs can be rented as a pair for $35.00 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Rental Fee is based per pair and is applicable for the duration of the guest’s stay. We do not offer rollaways in our units.
What are the pool hours at Beachtree Villas?
Pool hours vary by community.
Is late check-in available?
Yes. Our office hours are from 9:00AM – 5:00PM. We recommend all guests to contact us with their estimated time of arrival. For those that are arriving after 5:00PM, we will provide them with after-hours check-in procedures.
